1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • The return request is made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items classified as non-returnable, such as software, downloadable products, and personal care electronics.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Items without the original packaging, missing accessories, or with tampered serial numbers.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if eligible.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the product securely and ship it to our designated return address. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in case of a defective or wrong product.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 15 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
  • Partial Refunds: If a return is approved but does not meet all conditions, a partial refund may be offered.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Products returned beyond the specified return period.
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence.
  • Unauthorized returns or products sent without prior approval.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under these conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The replacement request is made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.

Shipping Time:

Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and clearly mentioned before you make the payment.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Delayed or Failed Delivery:

Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged in transit, please report it immediately upon delivery. Ensure you take photos and retain the original packaging for claim verification.
